I have been trying to start a couple of pieces, but there isn't any inspiration for me. I try taking long drives, or even a couple art shows but nothing maybe the zeal is gone! Anyone feeling the same out there? (Suzanne)

hi suzanne, don´t worry sometimes i feel the same thing you feel, just relax don´t force your feelings, the images from your feelings to create comes by it selfs, make the things you like to do, and in the same time feel the colors , the reflexes and forms around you, and they will hug you

maybe u should ask urself what it is about the pieces u're working that's creating resistance in urself...maybe u 're blocking a piece trying to come out by focussing on what u think the outcome should be
think about it that way
painting is like having guests for dinner...u know u'll have company but u don't know what the outcome is going to be until u let it
