I speak English and Spanish come from a bi-lingual country Canada where French is the second language. My French is not too good but my Spanish is better.

I love to cook. I cook Mexican tapas, or tapas de espana, o que otra, francais comida, saucier. Beure Blanc, Demi-glace, Hollandaise, ect.

I love all forms of art so if you can teach me I would love to learn.
